When you create an account and play Grimm Forge, we collect the information necessary to provide the service: your account identifier (provided by Manus OAuth), your game progress, guild rank, character data, and in-game transaction history.

We do not collect payment information directly. Any purchases made through the official store at goblinprintworks-shop.fourthwall.com are handled by Fourthwall, subject to their own privacy policy.

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used for security monitoring and are not sold or shared with third parties.

Your data is used to operate the game, maintain your progress, and communicate with you about significant changes to the service. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or sell it to third parties.

We may use aggregate, anonymised data (e.g. "most popular discipline choice") to improve the game. This data cannot be used to identify individual players.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Game statistics may be retained in anonymised form.

Grimm Forge uses Manus for authentication and hosting infrastructure. By using this service, you are also subject to Manus's terms of service and privacy policy.

The official store is operated by Fourthwall. We are not responsible for data collected by Fourthwall during purchases.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Significant changes will be announced via the in-game news feed. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
